We loved everything about this hotel. Our room featured Tatami mats and a little conservatory looking out to the city and landscape. We also enjoyed a fine Kaiseki dinner served in a Japanese dining room only for us. there was a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with an Onsen that we had all to ourselves. The hotel staff was also lovely and cute.
Nothing bad to say.

We stayed at a hotel that offered us a peaceful location in a scenic valley, only a short distance from the station. Our room was small, but the Tatami mats and conservatory overlooking the city made up for it. Although the foyer was outdated and shabby, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. the Kaiseki dinner was our favorite meal at the hotel, and the Onsen was enjoyable in the evening.
Sadly, the hotel's onsite amenities were limited.

We had a great experience during our city break. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the traditional Japanese decor with Tatami mats. The highlight was the stunning Kaiseki dinner we had, which was served in a beautiful Japanese dining room. the outdoor Onsen area was a real treat, and we enjoyed unwinding there in the evening. the hotel offered great value for the price and was conveniently located near key attractions.
Although the hotel had traditional charm, it was showing its age in certain areas, and some parts looked out-of-date. Unfortunately, the front foyer was particularly shabby, which was a letdown upon arrival.

the room was immaculate and cozy, featuring all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was also excellent, situated within walking distance of main attractions.
We did notice that some areas of the hotel appeared a bit outdated and could use refurbishment. we found transportation to the hotel somewhat confusing and would have appreciated clearer information on how to get there.
